Paintless dent repair (PDR), also known as "paintless dent removal", is a process of techniques for removing minor dents and hail damage from the body of your vehicle. A wide range of damage can be repaired using PDR. This process was developed in the Mercedes Benz production factory and has been used on tens of thousands of vehicles. Pressure is applied to the bottom side of each dent with the tip of a selected tool. Rather than being covered up by "bondo." the dented area is, in effect, pushed up or reshaped. The factory finish remains intact, eliminating all the problems associated with repainting. When done properly the dent is undetectable and will not return. This process saves you time and money and retains the value of your car.
